Commitment
Real change takes time.
While coaching partnerships often begin with a specific time commitment
(three to six months), many coaching relationships last longer. Clients
quickly come to realize the benefit of ongoing support, and the impact
it produces in their lives and overall success. While much can be
accomplished in a single session, you have to allow yourself time to
build positive habits and see positive changes as they take root in
your life. Life coaching is not a quick fix. I am committed to helping
you integrate new habits, and realize your goals over the long-term.

Key Steps:
1. Life Assessment
First we look at exactly
where you’re at in your life right now. We determine what are your
natural rhythms and habits? What are your needs, likes, dislikes,
limitations and strengths? What’s important to you, and what’s just not.
2. Clarify Your
Goals
After we establish where
you are at right now, the next thing we do is to get really clear on
where you want to go, and what you want to achieve. I find it’s always
worth spending a little extra time on this step, as it can save you
immense amounts of frustration and ill-directed efforts down the line.
3. Optimize
Your Environment
Next, we optimize your
environment. Whatever your current goals are, you will achieve them
easier, quicker and with more joy if you have the best possible
environment to operate from. For example, if your goal was improved
health and fitness, you might start by eliminating fatty foods from the
house, buying healthy snacks, producing a meal and menu plan, join a
gym and/or hire a personal trainer.
4. Organize How You
Are Going To Work
Now that we’re clear on
what you want, we’ve created the best possible environment for it to
show up in, we start putting clear, simple structures in place for you
to take action and move forward. This can involve anything from getting
organized and time management to better self care and wellness.
5. Enjoy and Maintain
the Life You’ve Created!
This is the really fun
part! With all of the structures and planning in place, and your
continued, consistent action, we looks at the best possible way for you
to sustain and continue to grow the life you’ve created!
